Terms and Conditions
- CHECK-IN: Payment and Security Deposit ($50 Pre-Authorization) must be paid in full to Check-in
- NO CASH ACCEPTED: We only accept Debit or Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover).
- HOURS: 8am to 11pm. Afterhours fee is $10 with 24 notice to cover staff overtime. ($20 without notice)
- CANCELLATION / CHANGES: Must be made 7 days prior to arrival by forwarding reservation confirmation email to FrontDesk@MangoMansion.com requesting cancellation or changes. Otherwise, the full amount of stay will be due and charged 7 days prior. No Refunds or Credits.
- TAXES & FEES: Puerto Rico Room Tax 9% and Bunk Housekeeping Fee $10 / stay are not included and will be added to total due.
- QUIET HOURS: 11pm to 9am. AFTER 11PM: No Music and No Alcohol Drinking on Property
- BREAKFAST: 8am to 10am daily (Waffles, Eggs, Fruit, Toast, Coffee & more)
- GUESTS: Must be 18 year or old and Visitor to Puerto Rico. Flight itinerary & Photo ID are required at check-in.
- VISITORS: Must be Registered by Guest with Staff . Only allowed on Property 8am-11pm. Otherwise Fine $100 After Hours (11pm-8am). $50 Regular Hours (8am-11pm)
- NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: Smoking only allowed in designated Outdoor Smoking Areas.
- RESERVED RIGHTS: We Reserve the Right to Refuse and Revoke Admission at All Times.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: $50 HOLD on the credit card to cover the costs of Keys, Equipment, Furniture or Incidents (Keys $30, Sheets $25, Pillows $15 or Other Replacement Cost)
