Terms and Conditions
The management welcomes you. We hope you have enjoyed your stay as much as we are pleased to have you with us. To be able to serve you better, we are giving you the guidelines for your convenience as follows:
- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Official check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. As a policy, the Resort charges P500.00/hour for late check-out beyond 2:00 in the afternoon provided that the room you are occupying is not reserved for another guest on the day you check out.
- BALANCE: All remaining payment balances should be settled upon check-in.
- VALUABLES: Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk. We suggest that you deposit your valuables for SAFE-KEEPING. Otherwise, the resort cannot assume responsibility for any loss.
- GAMBLING AND DRUG USING of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited inside the premises.
- PETS: PETS are allowed inside the guest’s room. Be a responsible pet owner.
- USE OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES: Cooking is strictly NOT ALLOWED inside/outside the room.
- DAMAGE / LOSS OF PROPERTY: Any damage or loss of resort property and equipment due to improper use or carelessness will be charged to the guest’s account. The lost room key will be charged P500.00 / key. Other amount of charges incurred will be estimated by the Front Desk.
- SECURITY MEASURES: Always double-check the door lock before retiring. When leaving, see to it that your things are kept inside the room, and be sure the door is securely locked and the key is not left hanging. Otherwise, the resort will not be held responsible for any loss.
- MASSAGE SERVICE: For assistance, the Front Desk can arrange in-house masseurs/masseurs for your convenience and safety. Massage rate is P500/hour/person.
- SOUVENIRS, ACCESSORIES, BOAT RIDE, AND LOCAL TRIPS: For assistance, the Front Desk will help you assist with your concern. Guests are not allowed to request vendors to come inside the room to buy souvenir items, for your safety. When dealing with vendors, drivers, and other people outside the premises, DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- RESTAURANT: Our Marina Cucina Italiana (International Cuisine) is open daily from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. CORKAGE FEES will be charged for foods brought/ordered from outside (other restaurants).
- SWIMMING POOL: Only In-house guests can use the pool. Proper swimwear is strictly required. Visitors of In-House guests are not allowed to use the pool & other amenities. Please observe the swimming pool rules posted beside the pool area.
- HOUSEKEEPING: Our bedcovers, blankets, pillow cases will be replaced every other day or as per request. Bathroom towels will be replaced daily. An extra charge of P50.00 will be collected for additional towels or blankets. A minimum of P500.00 will be charged for bedcovers and blankets with blood stains.
- LAUNDRY SERVICE: Slips with rates are available at the front desk.
