TERMS AND CONDITIONS TAU HOUSE HOTEL

This Agreement contains the General Terms and Conditions of the services
provided by the commercial company TH OPERADORA S.A.S., identified with
NIT 901.551.205-5 and which owns the TAU HOUSE business establishment
HOTEL in Guatape. Therefore, it is the purpose that the following Terms and
Conditions make your stay at TAU HOUSE HOTEL much more enjoyable,
through clarification and precision of the following policies, which we invite you to read
carefully.
On the one hand, "The Client" or "The Guest" will be defined as a natural or legal person
who contracts any of the services offered at TAU HOUSE HOTEL by
TH OPERADORA S.A.S. On the other hand, these last two will be understood as "The
Company” or “The Hotel” for the purposes of the Agreement in question.
I. RESERVATION POLICY REPORT
Reservations at the Hotel will be governed by the following policies:
First of all, for cancellations and their respective fines,
1. The Client may cancel the reservation at no cost, up to thirty (30) days
prior to the date of arrival at the Hotel. That is, the date stipulated in the
reservation.
2. If the Client were to cancel the reservation during the thirty (30) days prior to the
date of arrival at the Hotel and up to one (1) day before, he will pay fifty percent
cent (50%) of the total price of the reservation.
3. Finally, if the Client does not show up on the day of the reservation, he will pay the value
total of the reserve as a penalty.
Secondly, the change of dates will be regulated as follows,
1. It is allowed as long as there is availability at the Hotel, at least with
ten (10) days in advance of the reservation.
2. It is only allowed to make the change for one (1) time.
3. In the event through which it is necessary to cancel a reservation due to a fortuitous event
or force majeure, the Client must demonstrate said situation. In the same way,
when you want to make a change of dates for this reason, the reservation

II. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EXECUTION OF SERVICES
OFFERED AND CONTRACTED

For a reservation to be effective at The Hotel, payment must be made in advance by
fifty percent (50%) of the total value of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%)
remaining of the reservation will be canceled once the Check In is made prior to entering El
Hotel.
Consequently, once The Client is at the reception of The Hotel, he will carry out
the payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the value of the reservation. All guests, without
any exception, they must be registered and provide their personal data with the
mandatory support of identity document; be it a citizenship card or card
identity and, in case of loss or theft, the corresponding complaint before the entities of
control of the country. If the person is a foreigner, he must have a valid passport of his
country of origin where the entry authorized by Colombia Migration or, in its
default, immigration card if you have it.
TAU HOUSE HOTEL assumes that all Clients who are staying at The Hotel,

restricted to visas, vaccination cards, certificates, among others. Therefore, the Hotel is

Faced with the pandemic generated by the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the Hotel will adhere to the
guidelines established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection –
Ministry of Health of Colombia for its management. However, in the event that a
Guest presenting symptoms related to Covid-19, must inform The Hotel
with the purpose that the latter take the necessary measures to avoid contagion
within the facilities and, above all, to guarantee both
the safety and health of the Guests (infected and others) and the
Hotel workers.
Minors must be accompanied at all times by their parents
family or, otherwise, by a representative who demonstrates the family link with the

authenticated birth, identity cards, special permissions granted by

IV. METHOD OF PAYMENT AND PRICES
