Thank you for making reservations at The Towne Motel.
Check in is 3 pm. Checkout is 11 am. Anyone leaving their room after 11 AM will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment is due upon arrival to the facility. An early arrival check in fee of $10 per hour will be added to your room fee for check ins before 3 p.m. Early check ins are only allowed if available. Late check out is not allowed, a fee will be added of $25 per 15 minutes for guests leaving their rooms after 11 a.m.
All rooms are non smoking, Smoking may occur outside in designated smoking areas. Pets are allowed in designated room for a $30 fee per night. A $250 cleaning fee may be assessed for any rooms that have been smoked in, or any non pet rooms that have housed pets without approval by the management. Management will assess the need for the additional cleaning fee.
