Property and Cancelation Policies :
No one likes to cancel but we know sometimes you can’t help it. We try to have a policy that is flexible with our guests but understanding that cancellations may prevent other guests from booking.
- Rooms canceled 7 days prior to arrival, will receive their deposit refunded back to the card on file. Rooms booked in a group are subject to a 14 days prior to arrival cancellation window.
- Room canceled less than 7 days before their reservation are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay.
- If you fail to cancel or alter your plans and do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance and your room will be canceled.
- If you must depart early than your reservation departure date, that your unused room nights will be subject to the same cancellation policy above.
