Property and Cancelation Policies :
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

- Check-in times are between 2pm and 7pm. If you would like an earlier or later check-in you must let us know ahead of time
- Check-out is at 11am
- Any child under the age of 14 will be considered a minor
- Minors must be supervised at all times during your stay
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the other guests in the house
- We only allow children in the garden suites to keep noise levels down for the comfort of our guests
- Unfortunately due to the heritage nature of the building, we do not have an elevator or wheelchair ramps
- Parking is provided on a first come first serve basis
- There is also free parking in the front of the building
- No pets allowed unless certified therapy pets
