El Galleon has 30 well appointed rooms, a swimming pool, two bars and restaurant with seating right up to the water front. The restaurant has very good European and Asian foods to satisfy all your needs. Fresh fruit juices/shakes are also available and our coffee bar is ready to address your morning needs. Our rooms are well appointed and are serviced daily. Our grounds are well covered with lush tropical plants and pathways. Puerto Galera was, is a Scuba Divers heaven and Asia Divers has been showing the best of Puerto Galera since 1987. Puerto Galera has over thirty dive sites all within fifteen minuets from our resort. Verdi Island is just a short thirty to forty minuets away and has one of the best dives in the Philippines, the Verdi Island Drop Off known for its big fish life stunning wall and large Gorgonians. Property and Cancellation Policies: Flexible 60 Days - Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival. After 60 days, you can cancel your reservation for any reason (including pandemics and instances of force majeure) and get an 18-month credit voucher. At 60 days, a reservation becomes non-refundable. Promos, Specials, Early Bird – Non-refundable, Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR, including force majeure events as well as pandemics) your booking and receive an 18-month credit voucher. Guest may transfer the booking. Booking is non-refundable. Terms and Conditions Reservations. By making a reservation, you accept the regular terms and conditions of El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers as well as any other policies, terms, and conditions that may be applicable. By checking this box, you agree that El Galleon Beach Resort and Asia Divers may use your personal information, including any credit or debit card data, for the purpose of processing your reservation. All those checking in must present identification (such as passports or national identification cards). By making a reservation, you must pay in full by credit card or bank transfer. During your stay, you are allowed to charge purchases of food/beverage and services to your room. The entire payment of all such costs, which may include any applicable service fees, levies, taxes, or tariffs, is your sole responsibility. Upon receiving the hotel bill or upon check-out, you must pay and settle all such costs in full. Any payments made by you are subject to your respective bank's charges for foreign transaction fees, where applicable. If you want to charge any other currency that is not from the country where your originating credit card was issued, additional foreign exchange costs might also be levied.
Cancelation Policy Dependent on the reservation The cancellation policy will be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
Valuables Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely and not left unattended. Safety deposit boxes are available for your use. We will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any property brought onto El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers premises.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and keep El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers, officers, directors, representatives, employees and agents indemnified from and against any liability, loss, claim, dispute, demand, damage or cost(including without limitation legal fees) which arises out of or is caused by your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Damages/Losses Any lost or broken items in your hotel room or any internal or external El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers locations will be your responsibility. This obligation extends to both registered guests and your visitors.
Smoking All rooms are non-smoking. Each time guests break this rule, they will be fined PHP10,000. Smoking is allowed in specific regions (e.g. outside your room, your balcony and smoking area in the restaurant).
Force Majeure In cases of force majeure or pandemic (COVID-19) events all non-refundable reservations will be issued a 18 month credit voucher.
Privacy El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data you provide to us and as such does not share this data with third parties. Your data is used to: process, confirm, provide, and charge for resort arrangements as wells as all related goods and services fulfill contractual obligations to you, anyone involved in the process of making your travel arrangements direct marketing and promotional communications Consequences of Non-Compliance If you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without any liability to you or any other person, we reserve the right to take all or any of the following actions: cancellation or modification of your reservation(s) or transaction(s) issuance of a warning to you commencement of legal action against you or disclosure of information about you to law enforcement authorities as we may determine in our sole discretion. The above is not exhaustive. We may take any other action in our absolute discretion.
Resort Policy By making reservations with El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations, disclaimers, waivers of liability, and policies as prescribed by the resort from time to time; all reasonable directions, orders and/or instructions imposed by the Resort; and all applicable local laws and regulations of the Philippines during your stay. El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers holds the right to resolve all disputes/Problems. You are required to comply with the Resort's rules and regulations relating to the use of any of the Resort's facilities, equipment and services such as swimming pool, spa, massage and therapists, dive centre, dive instructors, dive masters, dive equipment, kayaks, paddleboards, and the beach. The use of these facilities, equipment and services are entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to property caused to any person arising from or in connection with your use of the Resort’s facilities, equipment and services. For safety, security and housekeeping reasons, the Resort reserves the right to enter a guest room at least once a day even if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on. Your non-compliance of any of the above will constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions. In such an event, the Resort reserves the right to take all necessary action, including without limitation the actions set out in “Consequences of Non-Compliance” above, requiring you to leave the Resort with no compensation and/or seeking compensation for loss suffered by the Resort. Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver by the Resort or shall compromise the Resort’s rights to rely on and enforce all statutory limitations, defenses and powers available to it under local laws and regulations. Governing Law Except to the extent that another laws are applicable to you during your stay and that such application cannot be waived or altered by contract, the Term and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Philippines, without giving effect to conflicts of laws, rules or principles.
Children Although we are a family-friendly resort and welcome minors, we strongly advise that parents keep a close eye on young children as some areas of the property has steps and may not be child-friendly. Parents must also watch children at all times if using our swimming pool. El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers disclaims all liability for injuries sustained as a result of falls or other mishaps involving young minors.
Disabled facilities El Galleon Beach Resort/Asia Divers has two rooms for people with disabilities. These rooms are by the pool and are wheelchair accessible.
