Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policies apply:
- If cancelled 14 days or less before the Arrival Date, 100% of the total rental amount;
- If cancelled between 14 days and 31 days before the Arrival Date, 50% of the total rental amount;
- If cancelled more than 31 days before the Arrival Date, the equivalent of one night’s rental amount; and
- For any Bookings with an Arrival Date between 15th December to 10th January, and the Booking is cancelled within 60 days of the Arrival Date, 100% of the total rental amount.
