Property and Cancelation Policies :
If the reservation is cancelled between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be offered, but the amount will be credited towards future stays.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the client will lose the amount paid as deposit.
If the client is forced to cancel due to the closure of the main access road to Cachi (Cuesta del Obispo), 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
Pagos con tarjeta de crédito o débito tienen un 10 % de recargo.
Se reserva con el adelanto del 50%. Respecto al saldo, para estadías cuyo check in transcurrirá a más de 60 días de la fecha en que fue tomada la reserva el saldo será traducido a dólares (cambio oficial). Se pesificará nuevamente al momento de liquidación (la fecha tope de liquidación de saldo es el día de check in). Sin perjuicio de esto, la política de cancelación será respetada pudiendo ser devuelta la totalidad abonada dependiendo del plazo de antelación con que se cancele. Podrá optar por cancelar la totalidad al momento de tomar la reserva, en este caso el monto quedará fijo en ARS.
Las viviendas de alquiler son de exclusivo uso familiar y turístico. No se admiten fiestas.
Las mascotas son bienvenidas solicitando el cumplimiento de dos reglas básicas: no pueden subirse a los sillones ni camas y toda suciedad de la mascota debe ser limpiada por sus dueños.
Todo daño a la propiedad provocado por los huéspedes deberá ser subsanado por los mismos.
