The 2-story rustic lodge has reopened with a new ownership team in the Winter of 2020 (yes 2020 - the year of the pandemic) but retains its charm and longstanding commitment to serving our guests.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- CANCELLATIONS POLICY
- 50% of your reservation is due upon booking and is fully refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
- Any cancellations made after 24 hours of booking and within 8 days of arrival have a non-refundable payment but are eligible for rescheduling for a $100 fee and the remainder of your initial payment will be used toward your rescheduled reservation.
- All cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and cannot be moved. No exceptions can be made due to illness, smoke, rain, snow, traffic, etc.
- If the Lodge is closed or subject to government-enforced closure, guests will receive the hotel credit for their deposit for use within one (1) year.
- EXCEPTIONS: Downieville Classic Week, Clamper Doin's, BANFF Mountain Film Festival, Brewfest, New Year's week, and all Mountain Biking Festivals, Holidays, and Special Events.
- Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms. Group reservations are required to pay 100% of the reservation and are non-refundable unless refund request is made greater than 45-days from the reservation. If a 45-day notice is given, the Lodge will attempt to rebook the rooms, and a refund will be given for any rooms which are rebooked.
Terms and Conditions
BY SIGNING, I ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Check in is any time after 4pm. Check out time is 10:00am. A socially distanced outdoor self check-in is located just outside the lobby. No early check-in or late check out is available at this time due to extensive sanitization in place.
- Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Unannounced Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $300 fee or more for damages. Urine damage is extremely hard to repair and may require professional cleaning or carpet replacement both of which are the financial responsibility of the guest. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit due before check-in and a refund will be processed on checkout when the room has been checked. There is also a pet fee of $29.99 or $39.99 depending on pet size.
- We may apply a $150 cleaning fee if dishes, food, or garbage are left in the room. Please place all garbage in a bag near your door on departure and wash and put away your dishes.
- This hotel is on septic. Items other than toilet tissue in the system could become a huge issue for us and may result in a service charge for the plumber and damage.
- There are no additional taxes other than standard occupancy tax and a $2 trail maintenance fee. There are no added fees or hidden surcharges.
- Direct reservations are confirmed by payment equaling 50% of the reservation total via our website or phone. Bookings made within 7-days of reservation will be processed in full. All other channels (e.g. booking, airbnb, VRBO, etc.) require full payment in advance. All reservations require full payment 7 days prior to check-in and are non-refundable after that time.
- You are aware of and will comply with all State and County Covid-19 Regulations.
