Reservation and  payment .

Booking confirmation Upon receipt of this document, the reservation is confirmed and any cancellation costs begin to apply.

Payment policy - All year round (Except high season)

To confirm the reservation, a 100% payment 45 days before the client's arrival is requested.Non-payment within this period will automatically generate the cancellation of the reservation, and the correspondingexpenses will be settled.

 Payment Policy - High season (From December 15 to January 10)To confirm the reservation, a 50% payment of the reservation is requested within 10 days of receiving the confirmation.Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.
The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the arrival of the clients.

Colombian law grants tax benefit to save 19% of VAT (Not applicable for non-consumption in breakfast included in therate) as long as the following conditions are met:
 - Your entry stamp to the country must be PT with a date no greater than 90 days.
- Purchase of tourist package (Request it at the hotel)
 - Foreigners or non Colombians residents with a stay of less than 183 continuous or discontinuous days in the country.
- It does not apply to foreigners in countries classified by Colombia as Tax havens.
