Soller Plaza is an exclusive accommodation occupying a prime position at the lively square in the old town of pintoresque Soller in Tramuntana area. A former late 19th century mallorcan family house, it has been refurbished to a high standard combining the traditional Solleric style with modern day luxury. Three storeys are connected by an elevator and staircase taking off from the peaceful patio.
Stylish cosy rooms provide the ultimate comfort and spacious private bathrooms with extensive amenities. Free Wi-Fi and large Smart TVs allow you to stay connected while enjoying the local flairs and flavours. The reception is open from 9:00 till 20:00 (17h in winter season), please let us know if you plan to arrive after this time, we will provide you with access code to enter.

All rooms offer the option to select one large bed or two individual beds. Our default setting is one large bed - let us know in advance if you prefer two beds .

Our establishment welcomes kids of all ages, but only some rooms have enough space for extra beds. Cots will fit in any room and are free of charge, let us know in advance if you need one. Maximum number of extra beds / cots in the room: 1, they are available on request and need to be confirmed by the property.

We love wellbehaved and healthy pets, but not all the rooms can accommodate them. Available upon request and with extra charge.

We can store your luggage free of charge after the check-out or before check-in.

If you need to park your car during the stay, please book in advance. A place in a secure garage at C. de les Animes is available for 10 Eur per day (limited availability).

The rates are displayed in room only board, you can have breakfast for special rate in a nearby restaurant.

PAYMENT

To guarantee the booking, a deposit might be charged through secure payment by credit card, the amount of which is indicated on the corresponding payment page (value of first night). The rest of the payment will be made at check in.

Accepted majority of common credit cards.

The price of the reservation includes VAT and does not include the amount of Tourist Tax, to promote sustainable tourism, which is imposed by the Balearic Parliament and payable by all guests 16 years and older. From May 1st till October 31st it is 2,20 € per person per night, from November 1st till April 30st, the tax is 0,55 € per person per night, payable at the reception.
