We offer a haven for travellers seeking a true sense of place in their surroundings. Totalling 120-acres, the farm has astonishing views of Mt Kenya, the second highest mountain in Africa at more than 17,000 feet. Owner run and managed, our guests enjoy the tranquillity of our gardens, join our gardeners on their daily routine, play croquet, relax by the pool, have a massage down on the river, milk the cows, ride the horses, join a community walk with the legendary Mr. Kariuki and enjoy the vast number of books collected over the years and art from our travels around the world.
With Lolldaigas, Ol Pejeta, Ngare Ndare, Samburu and Mt Kenya on our doorstep, our location is perfect to explore the riches of the Laikipia bushland, forests and bustling markets, leaving us in the morning after a hearty breakfast and returning for one of our signature G&Ts by a roaring fire. Property and Cancelation Policies :
On confirmation of a booking, a confirmation summary will be issued and your booking will then be subject to the below cancellation policy. With only six cottages, this cancellation policy reflects the small size of our property.
Upon payment of a deposit and/or final payment, you will be issued a Tax Invoice confirming payment.
All cancellations must be in writing.
61 days or more prior to arrival – the deposit is forfeited.
31 – 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total reservation amount.
0 – 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of total reservation amount.

Terms and Conditions
Thank you so much for booking to stay with us at Olepangi Farm. We look forward very much to your visit.
A 50% deposit of your total reservation cost is required to confirm all bookings within 5 days of a written confirmation. Otherwise your booking will be taken to be provisional and will be liable for cancellation by us.
• Balance of payment must be made no later than 30 days before arrival at the farm.
Otherwise your booking will be deemed as cancelled.
• All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit (please see cancellation policy.)
• In the event of cancellation, this deposit payment may be deferred to a future booking at our discretion. Please be aware, the final total price may increase to reflect any rate increases if the booking is deferred to a later year(s).

Please be aware that we are an Eco-Lodge, completely off grid and as such, you may experience disruption to power, wifi and hot water from time to time.

RATES INCLUDE:
• Full Board accommodations are inclusive of all meals , tea, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.
RATES EXCLUDE:
• Transfers to and from the farm- we can arrange a vehicle and driver from either Nanyuki Airstrip or Nairobi at an extra cost. A transfer to / from Nairobi (approx. 4.5 hour drive) is US$ 250.00 each way and a transfer to / from Nanyuki Airstrip (approx. 45 mins) is US$ 110.00 each way. Both of these costs are priced per vehicle (max 4 people) and will need to be pre-booked prior to arrival.

INSURANCE: All guests are required to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including delay /cancellation for any reason and emergency evacuation cover. Olepangi Farm cannot be held responsible for the financial costs involved in the medical evacuation or treatment of any guests, or disruptions in itineraries due to external circumstances.

Check in is reasonably flexible, though earlier times your cottage may not be ready. If you are coming for lunch, we ask that you arrive before 13:00 please as the kitchen closes at 14:30. Check out is 11:00 am.

• A single supplement will apply if you are not inclined to share a room. The supplement is an additional 50% of the per person per night rate.
Please note that Olepangi Farm is fully licensed by the government of Kenya for guests to consume alcohol through our bar only. We do not allow guests to bring their own alcohol from off the farm.
