Our Rental Agreement and Terms are as Follows:
Full balance due upon booking. All of our cottages are non-smoking. No pets are permitted in the cottages. Towels and comforters and blankets are for inside use only. Cottages are supplied with most essentials. Your cottage was clean on arrival, if left in an unacceptable condition additional cleaning charges will be applied.We reserve the right to make additional charges for damages. Please place tightly bagged garbage in the container behind cottage # 6. We make every effort to provide the cottage requested, however, it may be necessary to substitute for conditions beyond our control.
Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced, maximum 4 adults. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults will be charged a fee per night. Children under 12 are no charge.
