Located in Island Park, Idaho, Buffalo Resort is your year-round vacation destination. We offer various cabins, tepees, glamping. Located just thirty miles from Yellowstone National Park, we are the perfect basecamp for all your adventures. Our cabins have a kitchenette consisting of a stove/oven, a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee-maker, silverware, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, and kitchen utensils. There is a mounted smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower. Our tepee stays are a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our tepee has four platform twin beds. Please note, the tepees offer an authentic camping experience and DO NOT have electricity or heat. We do provide extra blankets in each tepee for cooler nights. Currently our office is under renovation. We will be opening the pizza restaurant once our office and restaurant renovation is completed.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
CANCELLATION POLICY- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Able to be canceled up to 5 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
- Within 5 days of arrival date, reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once outside of refund window, reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of circumstances. For example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error by the customer or TVR in processing the reservations.

Smoking:
There is absolutely NO Smoking inside cabins; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250
Flag Policy:
The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground/resort: American, Canadian, United States Armed Forces (e.g. Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard), POW, MIA, veterans, sports, and decorative such as holiday, seasonal, or garden. Political or promotional flags or signs are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up until 5 days before arrival.
If booking is made within 5 days of arrival Booking is non-refundable.
Release From Liability:
I, the undersigned (hereinafter the Guest) hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Last Chance Park, LLC (Buffalo Run Park), its owners, agents, and other guests (all four groups hereinafter known as Releasees) from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my participation at Buffalo Run Park.
I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me. This waiver applies to any and all activities participated in at Buffalo Run Park.
I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably & unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at Buffalo Run Park.
I, the undersigned, have read this Release from Liability & understand all of its terms; I have executed it voluntarily or opted-in, with full knowledge of its significance, & intend to be legally bound by it. Children here with me and named below are my responsibility and under 18 while here at Buffalo Run Park. My signature and/or my required opt-in to agree with the terms and conditions for registering and participation at Buffalo Run Park includes them in coverage of this release form.
