Terms and Conditions
Prices and Taxes: Puerto Rico Room Tax is 9% and the service fee is 10%. The rate includes access to the pool, restaurant seating priority, daily housekeeping service, parking and a concierge. In-room amenities include A/C, Smart T.V., Wi-Fi, and a safety deposit box.
Deposit and Cancelation: The reservation is not guaranteed until we have received a deposit and you have received a confirmation number. The deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made one week (7 days) prior to your arrival date. Deposit amount required is 50% of total stay cost including tax and service fees. Cancellations made within one week (7 days) time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to notify us of a cancelation—"NO SHOW"—will result in your credit card being charged for the FULL amount of your stay.
Check-in/Check-out Payment Terms: Any remaining balance must be paid upon check-in. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged. Late check in available until 8 PM. Please contact property for special requests as you will need instructions for self check-in.
A pre-authorization (hold) of $200 will be placed on your credit/debit card upon check in. Once your actual charge is posted at check-out, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 days for the original pre-authorization to be removed by your bank.
Traveling with Minors: Our rooms are intended for couples or single travelers. Ask one of our agents for options if traveling with kids. No extra-beds are available in the rooms.
Parking: Limited parking on property, please call to reserve a space.
Pet: Limit weight 25 pounds. Only dogs allowed. Must present a health certificate upon check-in. The extra charge per night is $25.00 plus tax and cleaning fee.
FORCE MAJEURE: Incase of any Force Majeure Event “acts of God” both parties shall use reasonable efforts to end the event, find a work around, ensure that the effects of any event are minimized and resume full performance under this agreement. At all times our regular cancellation policy will be considered standard practice.
