Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the advanced deposit.
OCEANS CALLING & COUNTRY CALLING MUSIC FESTIVALS:
- Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival for Ocean’s Calling & Country Calling Concert 9/27/24 – 10/5/24 are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival for Ocean’s Calling & Country Calling Concert 9/27/24 – 10/5/24 will forfeit the advanced deposit.
Third-party reservations are subject to the cancellation policy posted by their respective booking channel.
Advanced purchase special is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Check In and Check Out:
Check In is after 4:00pm on the day of arrival, and check out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Guests who are not checked in by 11:00pm on the scheduled day of arrival may have their reservation cancelled if no notice of a late arrival is given.
Smoking and Vaping Policy:
The Hotel Monte Carlo does not allow smoking of anykind inside any part of the building, balconies, or rooftop. This also includes, but is not limited to, all Vape/E-cigarette products, cigars, marijuana (medical/medicinal), and hookah.
Guests found smoking inside hotel property will be asked to leave with no refund and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
Advance Deposit:
Unless otherwise noted, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation, plus tax, is required at the time of reservation.
Special promotions and discounts may have different advanced deposit requirements.
June and Senior Week rentals are subject to an additional refundable Security Deposit.
Advanced Purchase Special requires full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation/Change Policy/Early Check Outs:
Requests to cancel a guaranteed reservation received later than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a fee equal to the first night’s accommodation, plus tax.
Special Promotions and discounts may have a different cancellation policy. Advanced Purchase promotion is non-refundable.
Guests will be charged for their entire scheduled stay upon check-in. There are no refunds for early departures.
Security Deposits and Incidentals Hold:
A $100 incidental hold will be held to the primary card on file upon check in.
Guests 24 and under are required to provide a $300.00 refundable security deposit at check in. This is refunded within 24 hours of checkout, pending a review of the room.
Guests paying with cash are required to provide a $300.00 cash security deposit, that is refunded upon checkout pending a review of the room.
Credit Card/ Personal Check Payments:
Credit Card payments are accepted only when the card hold who’s name appears on card is present at check in with valid photo identification. We do not accept credit card payments from persons not staying at hotel. Personal checks are accepted as long as they are received 21 days prior to check in. Personal checks are not permitted at check in. All returned checks will be accessed a $50 fee.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted onto any part of hotel property.
Parking:
We offer one (1) complimentary parking space per guest room. Parking is available on two (2) lots – one parking lot is located directly across the street from the hotel. The second parking lot is located one block south of the hotel. Both lots are clearly marked with Hotel Monte Carlo signage.
A limited number of Premier Parking spaces are available on the Hotel grounds. These spaces may be reserved for $19.95 + Tax per night and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Refunds:
We will try our best to solve any issue that arises. If any issues come up during a stay, please notify the front desk immediately.
The hotel does not refund or discount for power outages, cable outages, internet outages, or restricted use of amenities for reasons outside of our control.
Additional Fees/Taxes:
Nightly rates are subject to state sales tax and local occupancy taxes, currently totaling 11%. All accommodations are subject to a nightly resort fee equal to $15.00. The resort fee includes WiFi access, parking and local calls.
Additional Guests:
In most cases, nightly rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests per room). Additional guests age 15 and under stay free in the same room as a paying adult. Additional guests age 16 and over are charged $10.00 per guest per night, plus applicable taxes.
Other:
Grills, electric griddles and other cooking items not provided by the hotel are not permitted on property.
