Enter through the 10ft. high Kong gates that open to a natural like tropical rain forest down a sandy driveway that leads you to The Grand Lodge with incredible views of the gulf waters, a silky sandy white 200 foot beach, the amazing freshwater beach entrance infinity pool that faces the #1 Sunset Pier in the Florida Keys.
The Grand Lodge is a 5000 sq.ft Luxurious Elegant Suite featuring 3 Bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 8 with adjoining 800 sq.ft Grand Room.
Bungalow Row is comprised of six 800 sq. ft luxurious suites, offering 1 private room entrance with a King Size Bed and Private Bathroom and Private entrance to the Queen Size Bed Room that offers a Mini Fridge, Nespresso, Microwave, Living room area and private bathroom. The full time caretaker, ,housekeeper ,and concierge service is dedicated to make your visit a life time experience!

Offers, Specials and Packages
Any Offer, Special, or Package is subject to availability and may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Offer is not applicable for groups. All taxes apply.
Check-In: 4pm - 6pm
Check-in starts at 4pm and ends at 6pm. Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in.
Check-Out: 11am
Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front office before 10am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
Pet Policy
Pet Policy
We only have 1 bungalow that is pet friendly, Maximum of 2 pets. A non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00 per pet, must be pre arranged . Pets are not permitted by the pool, in the pool, or at the beach and must be always on a leash. If evidence of a pet is fount in the room that is not ''pet friendly'', we will place $175 cleaning fee to the credit card on file. Only service animals with proper documentation are allowed in non ''pet friendly'' rooms.
Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% smoke free. There are smoking areas outside of the building. A $150 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms.
Internet Access
Please note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming.
Complaint/Damages Policy
If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.
Parking
Please park your cars in the area outside your room. Parking is not allowed at the beach area or behind the beach. The area behind the beach is reserved for boat trailers only, no cars allowed.
Fishing
You can fish from our dock, but never discard of fish entrails in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of it in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.
