El Olivo is a small hotel located in Navas street, a famous tapas street in the center of Granada, a few minutes from the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Albaizin. We are 3 friends with a lot of passion for what we do. We have single rooms, double rooms and a penthouse for up to 4 people. Property and Cancelation Policies :
Standard rate: No advance payment is required when booking on our website, by phone or email, except on holidays*, for groups of more than 4 people** and for bookings over €400***. We ask for bank card details only to secure the reservation. This rate also applies to offers and promotions (stay of 3 nights or more, last-minute, early-booker, etc.).
If there is any change or error in the reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before check-in time (14:00) on the day of arrival, at no additional cost (except on holidays*, for groups of more than 4 people** and for reservations of more than €400***). Otherwise or in case of "no-show", the first night of your reservation will be charged (except on holidays*, for groups of more than 4 people** and for reservations of more than €400***).
Non-refundable rate: The reservation is charged by credit card at the time of booking and payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Contact us by phone or email for payment by bank transfer.
*Payment and cancellation policy on event days
On the following days, we charge 50% of the reservation upon receipt and the rest 7 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

For these reservations, we charge 50% upon receipt and the balance 7 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
- Reception is open from 10:00 to 20:00, but check-in can be done at any time from 14:00. Please contact us by whatsapp at +34 690 01 22 24 or by email at info@elolivogranada.com to let us know your arrival time.
- In case of late arrival (after 20:00), we will send you the late arrival instructions.
- You can come to El Olivo from 10:00 to leave your luggage.
- Check-out is until 11:30.
- El Olivo is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
- No smoking in all rooms and common areas, except on the roof terrace. Fine for smoking in rooms and other indoor areas: 50 euros.
- Pets are not allowed.
- People 17 years old or below can only stay if accompanied by an adult.
- Lost kee fee: €10
