Accommodation rates and charges: The base rates and charges applied per night are inclusive of basic room accommodations which includes bed and its beddings, towels, private CR, and Wi-Fi. Please refer to description of room as basis for the inclusive number of persons for the base rates. Extra charges apply for additional persons and other requests such as extra pillows, beddings, towels, etc. Children from 0 to 10 years old are free of charge (meals not included). Maximum number of children that are free of charge per room is up to 2 only. Extra persons that do not require additional bed mattress will only pay the add-on pax charge of Php500 per person/ night. If request includes additional beddings/ bed mattress for the extra persons, charge is Php850 per person/ night.

Cancellation and rebooking policy: Guest has to inform at least 7 days prior to the arrival date for cancellation of reservation and full refund of the payment. Otherwise if less than 7 days advice, request for rebooking will be granted depending on the availability of rooms.
Non-refund of NO SHOW: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the reservation shall not be refunded of the payment. Payment shall be retained in favor of the resort.
Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability. The earliest check-in time with no extra charges is 8 AM. If earlier than 8 AM, an early check-in fee of Php500 per room is charged.
Standard check-out time: 12:00 NN. Late check-out is subject to room availability and a late check-out fee of Php150 per hour is charged.
Check-in policy: Present your proof of identity and booking confirmation to the Front Desk. Passport for foreign guests and government-issued ID for local guests. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation/ check-in without incurring any liability to you and without having to refund or compensate you for any charges paid under the following circumstances where:
*You fail to have proper identification or fail to present upon our request the proper documents such as passport, or government-issued ID necessary for your stay as indicated herein;
*the booking has been fraudently done or has been purchased from a party not authorized by us.
Deposit policy: A cash incidental deposit of Php1,000 per room will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Damages and Losses: Any and all damages or loss of resort items and/or fixtures inside the guest rooms shall be charged directly to the registered guest.
Facilitation and Coordination of Tour and Island Hopping Activities: TEZA Resort only assists in the facilitating and coordinating with other suppliers/ vendors for the itinerary to be carried out and is not liable for risks or injury that will arise from the participation of activities.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the premises and the rooms. A fee of Php3,000 is charged to each person for this violation.
Housekeeping Services: We will ensure that the room is clean before releasing it to the guest. Housekeeping is available upon request at 8 AM - 5PM. Charges apply for requests of changing of bed sheets, extra towels, pillows, etc.
Swimming pool policy: Enjoy the swimming pool facilities at 10 AM - 5 PM. Wear proper swimming attire. Do not wear cotton. Take a shower before entering the pool. No food and drinks allowed in the pool. Children should always be accompanied by parent/ guardian.
Visitors policy: No visitors after 10 PM. ALL VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL ROOMS BUT SHOULD STAY IN THE COMMON AREAS LIKE RESTAURANT, GARDEN, SWIMMING POOL, AND LOBBY AREA. Visitors must notify front desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times.
For overnight guests, add-on pax of Php500 per person/ night is charged to the registered guest for failure to comply.
For use of swimming pool facilities, day use charge of Php500 per person (with Php200 consumable food and drinks) is charged.
Respect other Guests Peace and Quiet Time: Minimize noise especially after 10 PM.
Segregation of Trash: Waste bins are provided for easy segregation of trash --- BIODEGRADABLE (MALATA) and NON-BIODEGRADABLE (DI MALATA). Do not flush or drain your garbage in the toilet or sink.
