CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Guests who cancel their reservation more than 30 days before their check-in date will receive a full refund, less a service fee (see below). Guests who cancel their reservation less than 30 days before their check-in date will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless the Inn is re-booked. If the Inn is re-booked for the entirety of the original reservation, the canceling guest will receive a full refund, less a service fee (see below). If the Inn is re-booked for a portion of the original reservation, the canceling guest will receive a refund in correlation with the amount of re-booked days, less a service fee (see below). Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and/or do not arrive on their check-in date are responsible for the full balance of their entire reserved stay. In the unlikely event that a guest must shorten their stay after arrival, they will remain responsible for the full balance of the original reservation. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.We regret we are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather or family / medical emergencies.

Terms and Conditions

WATER DRAGON INN POLICIES
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
We hold reservations with a valid credit card and a $100 deposit.  The deposit will later be applied to our guest’s total reservation balance due. All reservation balances are due 30 days prior to check-in date. If after multiple attempts, we are not able to reach guests for payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and proceed with re-booking the Inn.  It is the guest's responsibility to provide current and accurate contact information. Guests should not arrive on-site without prior contact and payment.

CHECK-IN &CHECK-OUT
The following Check-In and Check-Out applies:
Check-in to obtain keys is between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the front desk at The Wellness Spa.  A valid driver’s license must be presented at time of check-in.
Occupancy begins at 3:00 pm.
Check-out is at 11:00am. No late checkouts.  Keys must be returned to the front desk at The Wellness Spa.

CHILDREN
We welcome children 14 and over.  We require a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.  Any other configuration requires prior approval. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety of their children.

NO SMOKING/NOVAPING
The entire Water Dragon Inn property is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. This includes both inside and outside and inside any personal vehicles parked on the property.  Because we promote wellness and respiratory health through other services at our Qi Garden Salt Spa, and The Wellness Spa, we ask that all guests respect this policy for the benefit of present and future guests.  Guests in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund and will be charged an additional $500 fee, and we reserve the right to charge our guests further if additional cleaning of the inn is required.

UNLAWFUL DRUGS & OTHER SUBSTANCES
Unlawful Drugs and Other Substances are strictly prohibited and are a violation of our policies and potentially, the law.  Water Dragon Inn, Qi Garden, Inc. and its affiliated companies will strictly enforce this policy.  Guests shall not bring, keep or have either inside or outside the premises, including inside vehicles on the property,any drug, substance, or other item of an unlawful nature.  Guests in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.  We will reserve the right to contact law enforcement and further charge guests if we incur any expenses related to law enforcement expenses, damage incurred, or any other expenses incurred.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Guests shall not bring, keep, or have either inside or outside the premises, any article or thing of a hazardous nature, including dangerous chemicals, fireworks,explosives, flammable items, or gasoline. Water Dragon Inn, Qi Garden, Inc. and its affiliated companies will strictly enforce this policy.  Guests in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.  We will reserve the right to contact law enforcement and further charge guests if we incur any expenses related to law enforcement expenses, damage incurred, or any other expenses incurred.

ANIMALS & PETS
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals and/or pets at the Water Dragon Inn.  Pets are not allowed at any time.  Guests in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund and will be charged a minimum $500 fee, and we reserve the right to charge our guests further if additional cleaning of the inn is required. In addition, damage by an unauthorized pet to the property is the pet owner’s sole responsibility. 

CARE OF THE UNITS
Guests shall leave the premises, inn, and furnishings in a clean and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to charge our guests for any repairs outside of normal maintenance, reasonable wear and tear, or for an unusual degree of cleaning.

KEYS
Keys – We ask Guests care for Inn keys as if they were their own.  All keys must be returned at time of checkout.  Lost keys will incur a $250 lost key fee.

EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION
Should our guests encounter any malfunctioning equipment; including appliances, electronics,plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, or lighting, they should notify the innkeeper immediately. Every effort will be made to remedy the issue and make reasonable repairs as quickly as possible. No refunds will be made for the malfunction of non-essential equipment.

FIRE & FIREWOOD
Making a fire on the property is not allowed.  Any damage to property due to a fire on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please be aware that Water Dragon Inn and its affiliated companies are not responsible for Personal Property of guests.

OCCUPANCY
Occupancy and use of the premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding environs. All reservation holders must be 21 years of age or older. Quiet hours are observed property-wide from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Parties,gatherings or events (defined as any gathering of people at the property which exceeds the number of people sleeping at the property) are not allowed unless prior approval is given by the innkeepers. We reserve the right to verify the age of the reservation holder at any time and to refuse occupancy without proper identification. Misrepresentation of occupancy or any reported disturbance may result in requiring the offending guests to vacate the premises immediately and without refund.

CLEANING& DEPARTING 
  • Bath Towels: Place all used towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
  • Bed Linens: Leave all bed linens in place. DO NOT strip the bed linens.
  • Trash & Recyclables: Please empty the Garbage and Recyclable receptacles directly into the outside containers.
  • Dishes: Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start a normal cycle.
  • Cleaning: Please be courteous to future guests.  Please return things as you found them and leave the inn as clean as you found it.
