Cancellation policy:
1 - If you cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time (3:00 PM), the establishment will not charge any cancellation fee.2 - If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
3 - In the case of a "No show", the establishment will charge 100% of the first night; and cancel the rest of the reserved nights.
4 - In the case of an early departure or cancellation of existing nights booked, once the check-in is already complete, the establishment will charge the total cost of all nights stayed and the current night.
5 - In case of reservations made on the same day, once the check-in is done and then you decide to leave the establishment will charge 100% of the current night.
6 - Deposits and pre-payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable
.7 - Any changes to dates that cause a change in deposits, pre-payments or payments made through third-party websites such as Booking.com and Hostelworld.com must be managed directly with the same page.
8 - If you would like to make a change or cancellation of a reservation made through Booking.com or Hostelworld.com. You must contact directly with them.
9 - We do not assume responsibility for incidents that may occur before/during your trip if you want to change your stay dates or a refund.

1 - For Peruvian customers (and foreign customers who have been in the country for more than 59 days), please note that the above prices DO NOT include the IGV tax of 10%.2 - Please be aware that we require a valid Passport (with a Peruvian entrance stamp) or an ID or C.E (South America only) when checking into the hostel.
3 - For New Year's Eve or other big events, certain restrictions and policies will be applied.
4 - We may require a payment in full, depending on the reservation, dates, and number of people.
5 - We accept payments in cash (Peruvian Soles) and credit/debit cards.
6 - Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance as we have a tolerance of 1 hour after the stated arrival time. If we have not received any contact from you by this time, we will proceed to cancel the reservation.
7 - For group bookings (more than one person) in shared dorms, we cannot guarantee that all your group will be together in the same room. We will always try to accommodate your group to the best of our ability but sometimes depending on circumstances it is out of our control.
