Property and Cancelation Policies :
Remaining anticipated room + tax balances are due 24 hours prior to arrival, and your credit/debit card will be automatically authorized for this amount at that time.
Our standard cancellation policy is 5 days prior to arrival. Reservations with travel dates during peak season and certain holiday periods are subject to a 10-day cancellation policy. Reservations that are canceled within this period will forfeit their deposit. Reservation modifications are subject to the same cancellation policies and penalties.
Any reservation canceled 72 hours or more after time of booking is subject to a $25 + tax administrative fee.
Advance Purchase and other promotional discounted rates may be non-refundable after the reservation has been booked.

All reservations placed do require a credit card to secure the reservation, a one night deposit including taxes and the credit card will be held for cancellation policy or damages accrued during the time of stay. Our cancellation policy is 5 days prior to your booked reservation arrival date and the one night deposit is non-refundable if you do not cancel 5 days prior to the arrival date.
SMOKING POLICY: We are a smoke-free property; all of our rooms are non-smoking. Disregard of this policy by smoking in a guest room will result in a $200.00 cleaning which will be charged to the credit card on file. Aspen Hotel does not accept pets, except for a service animal booked with advance reservation.
Free WiFi is offered in all guests rooms and throughout the property.
There is no lifeguard on duty. *The swimming pool is open mid-Jun through mid-September. Swim at your own risk. Pool hours are strictly from 11AM to dusk.
