never@home is a brand that combines accommodation with adventure travel. We are fortunate to have two fantastic properties situated in Cape Town. Our Green Point property is ideally located within a short walking distance from the famous V&A Waterfront which is jam packed with tourist attractions, a bustling harbour and heaps of restaurants, cafes and markets. Our ideal location is also a stones throw from the FIFA Cape Town Stadium, Green Point Park and the stunning Sea Point Promenade and Cape Town's top beaches are less than a 10 minute drive away.

I/We, as a condition of my/our occupation of the premises agree that neither the accommodation operator, its owners, its agents or its employees shall not be liable to me/us for loss or damages to any property brought onto the premises by me/us or for any damages suffered by me/us by reason of accident or bodily injury arising from any cause whatsoever, including fire, theft or the wrongful and negligent act or omission (gross or otherwise) by the accommodation operator, its owners, its agents or its employees. I further indemnify the accommodation operator, its owners, its agents and its employees against any claim instituted against these parties by any third party arising out of my/our occupation of the premises.
