Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation requests received with more than 14 days notice period, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received within a 14 day notice period will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the total booking fee.
Terms and Conditions
Cottages and studio have a maximum capacity of two people (aged 12 and over), with no possibility of extra bed.
The Garden Villa has a maximum capacity of six people (aged 12 and over), with no possibility of extra bed.
The Grand Villa has a maximum capacity of eight people, with the possibility of up to two younger children on existing bedding.
Whilst we accept families in the Grand Villa, please note that Buko Beach Resort is an adults only (12 and over) property.
The balance for the accommodation can be paid during the check in by both cash and credit card (or 7 days in advance/contactless by PayPal or Bank Transfer).
Breakfast included (A La Carte).
Check in time: from 14h/2pm, should your room be unavailable on your arrival, you may leave your luggage in reception and enjoy our restaurant/bar/pool facilities.
Check out time: 12h/12pm.
You can be attended to in English and Tagalog.
