- Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars.
- Locally collected mandatory fees/taxes will be at booking.
- The mandatory fees/taxes amount is quoted in USD and is based on current exchange rates which may vary at the time of travel. Final payment will be settled in USD directly with the property.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
- A first night deposit will be charged at the moment of making the reservation in order to guarantee the room.
- Guests will not be refunded for their deposit if cancelling within 48 hours of their arrival. If guests cancel before this time, a full refund for the deposit will be granted.
- Upon check out, any additional fees that have been added to the room (services, boutique purchases, etc) incurred will be charged in full.

Early Check-in and Late Arrival
- Early check-in is subject to availability. Any guest arriving between 9am-12pm will be charged a $75 early check-in fee. Guests arriving before 9am are expected to book a room for the evening prior

Liability
- The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages if the Hotel has caused damage to the Guest in the performance or no-performance of the Accommodation Contract and related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in cases where such damage has been caused due to reasons for which the Hotel is not liable.
Force Majeure/ Forces of Nature
During emergency situations, we proactively evaluate reservations on an individual basis and identify those that are eligible for Force Majeure conditions. We then contact you to let you know if you need to change your reservations as a result. For bookings where guests can't complete their stay and which meet the Force Majeure conditions, the guests can request that you do one of the following:- Find new dates for a future booking (different rates may apply - the difference is paid by the guest)
- Issue a voucher for a future stay, with the same value as the orginal price paid
- Issue a full refund of any prepayment or deposit, including fees for no-shows, booking changes, or cancellations.
What is the hotel's cleaning protocol?
- We uphold and strive for the highest standard of cleanliness in each and every room. Through our cleaning protocols, rooms are deep cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized prior to guest's arrival, and following departure. Housekeeping refreshes rooms daily by maintaining tidy bedding, waste disposal, and providing new towels upon request.
Are pets allowed?
- While we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets inside the hotel. Service animals are welcome, and will need notice prior to check in.
Are there any current travel restrictions?

- COVID-19 is not considered an unforeseeable event any longer. Several years have passed since the outbreak was first reported, and measures have been put in place to prevent the virus from spreading.
