- If the guest cancels more than 5 days in advance from the check-in date, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of a “no-show”, the deposit is non-refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: darahomestaykohkood@gmail.com or Whatsapp: +66 081 001 3818 or +66 096 832 5101
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
1.Prices and Taxes
- Prices are subject to change; please check our website for the latest rates.
- All prices include applicable taxes and fees.
- 50% Deposit must be paid to confirm your reservation
- 50% Payment is due at check-in.
- For deposit payment we accept bank transfers, WISE or Revolut. On site We accept cash or credit card subjected to a 3% charge.
- Security deposits may be required upon check-in.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available, please contact us.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Some rooms may not be suitable for minors; inquire when booking.
- We accommodate guests with special needs; please inform us in advance.
- Our property complies with accessibility laws.
- On-site parking is available for free.
- Guests are responsible for their vehicles and contents.
- We do not host events while hosting guests, for private event organization please contact us.
- Report issues immediately; we'll strive to resolve them.
- Unresolved matters may undergo mediation or arbitration.
- We collect and process personal information following our Privacy Policy.
- We're not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or property.
- Secure valuables and use in-room safes.
- We're not liable for events beyond our control.
- These terms don't grant rights to third parties.
- No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
