Azumi Boutique Hotel is pleased to announce that we are now a certified Multiple Use Hotel in Muntinlupa, accredited by Department of Tourism (DOT), Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and Department of Health (DOH).
Note: Maximum occupancy per room is still observed.
1. For local guests, please present your valid Philippine Government issued identification card/passport. For foreigners/guests from overseas, please present your valid passport upon check-in. Guest below 18 years old must be accompanied by a companion of legal age.
2. In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), no 3rd party credit/debit card is allowed as mode of payment. The actual credit/debit card holder must be present upon check-in and check-out for payment processing.
Important Reminders:
1. Please provide CREDIT CARD to reserve the room, NOT a debit card. It will be used to guarantee the room as we will do a card-check. Full payment will be made prior arrival or upon check-in.
2. All hotel rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), should you wish to settle using foreign currencies, hotel exchange rate shall apply. (Subject to change without prior notice)
3. Azumi Boutique Hotel is a SMOKE FREE BUILDING. A penalty fee of Php 10,000/room/night will be imposed in violation of our non-smoking regulation.
4. Pet Policy. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
5. Airport transfers are upon request via email to reservations@azumi.ph, and must be booked at least 5 days prior to arrival. NAIA to Azumi rate is ₱2500 for a van. Transportation rates are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Standard check-in time: 3:00 pm. Standard check-out time: 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check out can be accommodated with a charge of Php2,000.00, subject to room availability upon arrival.
7. Incidental Deposit- An incidental fee of Php 2000/room/ night is collected upon check in. Unused amount will be refunded upon check out.
8. Parking Parking is not included in the reservation.
9. Extra Person All facilities are exclusive for in house guests, visitors are not allowed. An extra person charge of Php1000 shall be charged accordingly should an in house guest register a companion, kindly note that we do not setup extra bed.
