Creekside Lodge is an intimate, twelve unit hotel that has recently been remodeled to provide greater comfort and pleasure to our guests. Open year round, it has been decorated in the warm but rugged style of a mountain lodge. Although located in a remote Sierra community, it still affords wireless internet. Seven rooms feature king sized beds, two rooms are furnished with full sized beds, and one room with two twin beds. There is also one suite with a kitchenette that contains both a king sized bed and two twin sized beds. The accommodations provide the opportunity to make any occasion a special visit to the natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada.

If you have an existing booking with us, you can postponeyour stay for up to 6 months 2. If you have paid a deposit or made a payment to one ofour hotels or resorts, we can credit it back to your credit card in ourportfolio free of charge 3. For any new reservations for stays before April 01, 2021,you can change your booking free of chargeIf you need to adjust a reservation made through anothertravel site, please contact them directly for assistance. General Terms and ConditionsYour reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival.After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may bereassigned. We will charge your credit card within 5 days after we haveconfirmed your reservation. Creekside Lodge has the right to cancel your reservation ifwe do not receive the PRE-PAYMENT DEPOSIT. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via emailimmediately after canceling your booking. Standard BookingPrice The standard booking price includes the following: -Alltaxes-Utilities (water, gas, and electricity) -Internet and Cable TV usage-Towels, bed linen-Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning isavailable upon request - All lodge amenities and facilities as mentioned on ourwebsite pages and in our correspondence. Important When you make a reservation you are booking your accommodation,each room type includes similar rooms of similar size and equipment, however,interior design can be different. Check-in after 3:00 PMYou can check-in any time from 3 PM by local time. Room keyswill wait for you at lodge keeper office. PLEASE NOTE that ifyou check in late, you need to let us know what time you may check in.  We will provide how to deliver your room keysupon your arrival.Check-out by 11:00 AMYou can check-out any time up until 11 AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may notalways be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability andon how busy we are. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room isusually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make chargesfor any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placedwhere they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts andshould remain in the room. Extending Your StayAfter you have booked your stay with us, you can extend yourstay(depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. Ifyou are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please letus know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and thiscan include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary. Cancellation Policyfor ”Standard rate”Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can wemake any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow thispolicy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if youcan observe the following: • If the guest cancels more than 3 days in advance, thetotal amount of the reservation will be refunded. ● If the guest cancels less than 3 days in advance, the 1night prepayment is non-refundable. ● If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, thenights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are non-refunded. ● In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservationwill be charged and is nonrefundable. ● There is only one way in which we can acknowledgecancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellationrequest stating the reservation number via email to the following address:  ● All cancellations are confirmed via email immediatelyafter the reservation has been cancelled.  Cancellation Policyfor“Non-refundable rate” • The total price of the reservation will be charged rightaway after booking and is non-refundable. NON-SMOKING PolicyIn our entire short-stay apartments and rooms smoking arenot allowed. You will be asked to sign a document that you agree to $100 fineif ANY evidence of smoking is found in the apartment or in any of the buildingareas such as window ledges, the lift, stairs or the entrance area near to thereception. Please note that we comply with the local health and safetyguidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places. Please Note Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possibleif: ● More guests stay in the property than agreed. ● Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night. ● Sub-letting the property you have rented (or giving it toother people). The number of people residing in the apartment should be thesame as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may berequested. A 10 euro charge for each additional guest per night will becharged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if anunconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the apartment. ● Creekside Lodge does allow any pets in the premises withdaily Pet Charge● Creekside Lodge is not responsible for lost or forgottenpersonal things at the apart-hotels premises. Damages During your stay, the room and all equipment and furnitureshould be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to Creekside Lodge staff will beexpected of any damages or breakages in the room. You are financiallyresponsible for any damage to the apartment. This includes losses caused by youor a third party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the roomand all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and beforeanother guest occupies the apartment. The guest is responsible for any damagesor breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. Inthis case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repairor replacement cost will be sent by email immediately. Any costs will be deducted from the credit card immediatelyif this is still possible.Any costs will be claimed by return if they are greater thanthe deposit or where the deposit has already been returned. Please note,immediate notification after check-in of any damages to, breakages in or issueswith the apartment is expected.Creekside Lodge can then take any necessary action toresolve any issues and make sure all the equipment and facilities are workingand provided as expected. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out andsubject to damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit must be paidupon check-in, in cash or by credit card, along with a balance and is fullyrefunded at the check-out if the apartment is in good order and the companydoes not have any claims). The costs of damages or cleaning beyond what would beexpected after responsible usage of the apartment will be deducted from thedeposit, and the refunded amount will be the remainder of the damage deposit. Please remember Entire lodge ARE fully NON-smoking! At thecheck-in time, you will be asked to sign a document that you agree to a100-euro fine if traces of smoking are found in the rooms. Children Onechild under 2 years old stays free of charge.
