Property and Cancelation Policies :
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Please be advised that all cancellations will require a 4% processing fee.

By booking a stay with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Smoking Policy
We are proud to be a non-smoking beachfront inn. No smoking is permitted anywhere on SBI grounds. If you smoke in your room, a $500 fine will be charged plus replacement of any affected furniture.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. Parking Policy
There is one parking space per room. If there is a car on the property without a parking permit or that has not been registered with the office it will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Late Check Outs And Check Ins
When possible, we may be able to offer early check in or late check out. There is a $35 fee for each.
Responsibility Policy
The property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury to any guests or their visitors or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Cleaning Policy
We ask that our guests please clean up after themselves and their visitors. Please wash your dishes and clean up any trash. If the room is found to need excessive cleaning after you check out the management may deem an additional fee depending upon the excessiveness.
