Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation Policy:
- After booking: Cancellations will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 10% non-refundable fee to cover payment transaction costs.
- Within 3 days of arrival: Cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. NOTE: For full house reservations, will collect the full payment two weeks prior and will not be refundable if cancelled 2 weeks or less before arrival.
- Same-day and No-Show: Cancellations on the day of arrival and no-show will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Terms and Conditions
Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
No additional guests, parties, or events are permitted on the property.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
All our rooms are NON-SMOKING.
A cleaning fee of up to $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be available upon request and approval, with a latest check-out time of 12:00 PM (noon).
Late check-outfee: $20
Requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Staying past12:00 PM will not be possible, as it impacts cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. - We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for all guests.
PETS POLICY
We understand how important your pets are, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. We appreciate your understanding.
DAMAGES POLICY
We kindly ask that you inform us immediately if any accidental damage occurs during your stay so we can address the issue promptly.
In the event of intentional damage or neglect, the cost of repairs or replacement will be assessed and charged accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation!
PARKING
There is NO parking on the premises. Free street parking is available around the property and near the main square. Please do not park on yellow and blue lines or block any parking gates or property entrance.
You may also park at the free public parking lot: "Estacionamiento Playa La Pared" – just a 3-minute walk from the property.
SELF CHECK-IN
This is a self check-in property. While we do not have a front desk, we are available to assist you. If you need anything, just send us a message and will assist you as soon as possible!
HOUSEKEEPING
We do not provide daily housekeeping. Special cleaning is available for stays longer thana week upon request.
For longer stays, towels are changed every 3 days. If you need fresh towels, extra toiletries, or anything else to make your stay more comfortable, just send us a message!
UTILITIES OUTAGES POLICY
While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, we would like to inform our guests that the property does not have a backup generator or water tank. In the event of a power outage or water disruption due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or local service interruptions, we cannot guarantee service restoration within a specific timeframe. Should any such disruptions occur during your stay, we will do our best to provide timely updates and assistance. Thank you for your understanding!
