Located directly on the beach. Villas del Caribe offers 26 lodging units which include:

4 two-level Villas for up to 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children, with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, private bathroom, cable TV, mini-bar, and two individual sofas. The large terrace has a table for 6 people and beach chairs. On the upper floor, two bedrooms, both with a king-size bed or with two single twin beds as needed, and a balcony with an ocean view.
8 Junior Villas with kitchenette, one King bed and one single sofa bed, air conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar, private bathroom, and a large terrace with table, beach chairs, and ocean views.
8 Superior Rooms with one King bed plus one single bed, air conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar, private bathroom, and a spacious balcony with seats, hammocks, and ocean views.
6 Standard Rooms with one King bed or two single beds as needed, 1 single bed, A/C & TV, fridge, ceiling fan, private bathroom, balcony with seats, hammock, and ocean view.

Our units are well lit, fresh, and clean, have private bathrooms, and have been designed in a modern Caribbean style which allows our guests to take advantage of the refreshing coastal breezes through cross-ventilation; In addition, our rooms/villas have ceiling fans and some have air conditioning, as well as large eaves that maintain a comfortable temperature in each one.

All have been carefully designed, decorated, and furnished for your comfort, with lamps, cushions, beach chairs, and hammocks.

GENERAL POLICY: In order to receive reimbursement for cancellations, these must be notified in writing (via e-mail) 7 days before the date of check-in and, in any case, 15% of the total pre-paid amount will be withheld for cover administrative expenses. Under no circumstances will money be refunded for early departures (except in case of force majeure) or for non-show (NoShow) on the reserved check- in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RATES: The total amount will be charged in advance at any time after the reservation is made. The charge is non-refundable; If you make changes or cancel your reservation, no refund or credit will be given to use on a future stay. No refund will be given for late check-in, early check-out, or NoShow

PETS AND/OR ANIMALS
No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted by law.
You will be required to provide legal proof that your service animal is legitimate.

SERVICE ANIMALS
- All animal waste must be removed from the facilities before departure.
- Your pet must never be left alone or climb on the furniture of the enclosure.
- The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused to the property or resulting loss suffered by the owner of the property.
- It is the responsibility of the occupants to ensure that their dog is properly restrained within the patio of the facilities.
- A barking or aggressive dog will not be tolerated.

SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND SURROUNDINGS
Smoking is not allowed inside. If there is evidence that it includes the smell of smoke, a fee of $200.00 USD will be charged to cover the cleaning of curtains, carpets, and fumigation.

BELONGINGS
