Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 15 days or less cancellations prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of reservation.
- No shows will be charge the full reservation.
- EXCEPTION: New Year’s week reservations are paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable.
- Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
- Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
- All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
Our rates are based on double occupancy and includes complimentary breakfast.
Local Taxes will apply.
Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of 50% of your total stay.
This may appear as two separate charges on your statement.
A second charge of 50% will be made 24 hours prior to your arrival. No cash accepted onsite.

We are a non-smoking property for reasonsof health, safety and comfort for all of our guests.
Guests who violate thepolicy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge forreturning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by acceptingthis policy.
Please let us know ahead of time if youwill be arriving after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made toprocess your check in before your arrival.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.30am.
We reserve the right to charge for anydamage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
