Free parking is available on the street and around the Historic Downtown Square. The hotel entrance is located at street level on Broad Street, underneath the balcony, and provides access up a flight of stairs/an elevator to the second-story lobby and rooms. The Board Room is available to rent for four hours daily for corporate meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Onsite: Though our name has "hotel" in it, we operate more like an Airbnb, and staff might not always be onsite.

- A maximum of 2 dogs under 25 lbs are allowed per room with a non-refundable $50 sanitation fee. Pets must be leashed and supervised. Owners are responsible for any pet damage or disturbances. Service animals are always welcome free of charge. Indicate any pets accompanying you when booking.
- No smoking is allowed in the hotel at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $50 smoking fee for non-compliance.
