Property and Cancelation Policies :

None refundable 25% fee is transferable 2x without penalty if it falls into the cancelation policies window. We are pretty understanding and flexible about changes since we can usually resell rooms with reasonable notice. None refundable if we are unable to rebook for last minute cancelations or less than 4 weeks from time of stay if not rebooked. Whole house rentals for events are none refundable if canceled less than 16 weeks before the stay date. Remaining balance will be charged. Refunds and credits will be issued when we rebook the reservation day(s).

Stairs are required to enter houses. 2 First floor bedrooms available. No elevators, lifts, or ramps
Parking is inside gates immediately to your right. fits 7 cars so park straight to fence between posts.
Events, Weddings, & Meetings require prior approval and separate rate.
