Your reservation is refundable, cancellable, and amendable up to one (1) time at least 72 hours before 2:00 PM of your check-in date unless otherwise stated as Non-Refundable in the package details.
In the event of cancellations less than 72 hours before check-in or no-shows, the total amount (including taxes) will be charged and no refund will be given.
Promotional rates may have a different cancellation policy. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your promotional rate.
The hostel reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card provided, without prior notice.
The hostel may provide an exemption to the non-refundable policy under the circumstances below: sickness or injuries resulting in the hospitalization of the guest; specifically, the booker himself/herself, whereby a copy of the medical certificate needs to be attached with the appeal for a refund of the room payment.
Hostel Operating Hours
Our reception is only from 09:00 AM until 09:00 PM daily.
STRICTLY NO VISITORS / NON-GUEST ALLOWED to enter guest rooms on each level of the hostel premises. Visitors are only allowed to stay at the Reception/ Common area during hostel operating hours.
For late check-in guests, we will send the self-check-in information through the booking platform before the counter closes on the date of arrival. Kindly check your email or message from the booking platform for the self-check-in details.
Check-in and Check-out
CHECK-IN TIME is 2:00 PM and the CHECK-OUT TIME is 12:00 PM.
A valid photo identification or Passport is required at check-in (Singapore Residents: Identification Card or Work Permit / Non-residents of Singapore: Passport only)
Early check-in is subject to the availability of beds and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-outs are not accepted. Guests are welcome to store their luggage at the designed luggage area prior to the check-in time/ after check-out.
Reservation
Beds are auto-assigned; hence we cannot guarantee upper or lower bunk. You may leave a remark at the time of booking, please note that special request is subject to availability on the date of arrival.
If you are placing a reservation for more than one person in a dormitory room, we cannot guarantee you will be allocated beds in the same room. Please leave a remark at the time of booking and we will do our best to keep your group together.
Full payment is required upon check-in or at reservation. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Child Policy
The hostel is only able to accept guests ages 6 and above.
If a guest is 18 years old or under and travelling alone or with other minors, submission of a parent consent form to the hostel by their relevant parent or guardian is required. Please note that this submission is subject to thorough review and approval by the hostel management.
Hostel Rules
Smoking is strictly not permitted within the hostel.
No eating and drinking in the rooms and capsules, except for plain water.
No pets and durians within the hostel premises at all times.
No food, snacks, or drinks are allowed in the dormitory rooms. Please use the common area for eating and drinking. Please clean your dishes and dispose of trash properly in designated areas.
Keep noise to a minimum level after 9 p.m. in the dormitory rooms. Please turn off the lights during this time.
Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner while at the hotel and must refrain from any acts that may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in guests being asked to leave the hotel immediately.
Please don't forget to leave the towel and blanket inside your assigned pods/ cabin room before checking out. Any loss or damage to these items will be imposed a penalty of S$20 per item.
Liabilities
Bluewaters does not accept liability for the death, sickness, or injury to any guest or for the loss, theft, or damage to any guest property however, sustained or caused. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their belongings are secure at all times.
Guests are liable for any loss or damages (above wear and tear) to the property.
Charges may be charged to the credit card used in the initial booking.
