Opening its doors for the first time, The Daulat is a boutique hotel, which caters to both business and leisure travelers with an amalgamation of modern contemporary design and a rich architectural history. With an emblematic interior design across all its 16 rooms, it aspires to accommodate our guests with a unique experience during their stay. The Daulat is located less than 500 meters from Little India MRT station and resides in the heart of Singapore’s foremost Indian enclave. Little India is one of the most vivid, colorful places with an agglomeration of flower vendors, spice stores and Indian fashion wears.Little India historically was part of the Chulia Kampong area. In the initial plans of Singapore by Raffles which, was originally a division of colonial Singapore where Indian immigrants would reside under the British policy of ethnic segregation. The district eventually flourished and evolved to become, what is now known as Little India. Under the British colonial rule the architecture of the buildings then were symbolic of the British influence. The buildings were characteristically known as shophouses. Retailers ran their business from the first floor and their living quarters was the floors above the shop. These designs of the shophouses in Little India range from the Early 1840 to 1900.The fusion of a rich historical installation with modern contemporary facilities and design is what The Daulat cites as general theme for their guests.

We do not own or control the content of those websites and are not responsible for their content or your use of them. We cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or differences that might arise between the content of our website (text, images etc), and any other 3rd party websites. If you use the www.thedaulat.com  website, or engage in any other form of written communication with The Daulat Hotel, you shall be taken to have represented and confirmed that you are least 18 years of age and that you have read and fully accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are devised for the protection of all parties.

Check-In / Check-Out Policies Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 12:00 PM Late check out (after 12:00 PM and before 6:00 PM) may result in full night charges being levied. 

Child Policy
Hotel guests or patrons between 0 to under 5 years of age shall be considered ‘Infants’ and will not be charged when sharing their parent’s bed. Hotel guests or patrons above the age of 12 years will be considered as ‘Adult’. 

Booking Confirmation With respect to hotel reservations and ground arrangements made directly through this website, your reservation will become confirmed once you have sent an on-line confirmation and provided your credit card details, and paid the total amount due in full OR any required deposits and when we acknowledge receipt of your full payment OR deposit. 
If booking is made through the internet payment gateway, please do not reply to the automatically generated booking confirmation email. Should you like to contact us regarding your reservation please email us on reservation@thedaulat.com and mention your booking reference number, including name, dates and the hotel.   

Overbooking Transfers

If the hotel is overbooked due to unforeseen circumstances, we will request to transfer your booking to a similar or higher category hotel. You may agree to be transferred or you may cancel the booking. If you agree to be transferred, then we will do so to the best of our ability and without any additional cost. If you wish to cancel the reservation at this point, we will do so without any penalties and refund the full amount to you.

Proof of Reservation
The confirmation email sent after making the online reservation will be considered as proof of reservation.

Booking (Reservation) Disputes

If a dispute arises with regard to a reservation at the hotel, The Daulat Hotel has the sole authority to cancel the reservation by informing the guest via email. The reservation amount will be refunded in full minus any bank charges to the credit card. 

Cancellation Policies: 
All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at The Daulat Hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. 

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers can be arranged at favorable rates. We would require your confirmed flight details to arrange and confirm airport transfers and rates for the same. Please send the details to reservation@thedaulat.com. Please note that an external vendor or subsidiary or associate company may be used to provide transportation to or from the hotel and/or the airport.


Health, Passport and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and other members of your party obtain the right inoculations and medical advice before you travel. Similarly, it is your responsibility to ensure that you and other members of your party have correct and valid passports, visas and have conformed to all other requirements pertaining to your travel arrangements before arriving at the hotel. Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make recommendations.   Travel Insurance It is your sole responsibility, and you are strongly recommended to take out adequate personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. Your reservation shall be deemed to include your confirmation that you have taken out such insurance. 


Breakages and Damages

You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the hotel. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.  

Behavior
 You are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to the hotel during your stay. If in the opinion of our Management your behavior is disruptive or causes distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.  

Complaints

We strive to resolve amicably any reasonable complaint that we receive relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements. It is a condition of this agreement that you communicate any problem relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements to the personnel or management at The Daulat Hotel. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally during your stay at the hotel, you must follow this up by writing a formal complaint letter to us within 25 days of your check-out from the hotel, including all relevant information. Please mail your concerns to reservation@thedaulat.com   Liability We accept responsibility for ensuring the rooms which you book with us are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.There may be instances where alternative accommodation or services may need to be provided, in such instances we will ensure this is of a similar or superior standard.   The Daulat Hotel shall be responsible and shall indemnify you only for losses, damage or injuries which arise as a direct result of our proven negligence. We shall not be held liable for compensation, losses or damages for our failure to fulfill the contract as a result of war, the threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions, force majeure, acts of God and all similar events outside our control. Severability
If any of these Booking Conditions are invalid or unenforceable then subject to law, all other provisions of these Booking Conditions shall be and continue to be valid and enforceable.

Information provided by you 
All information provided by you should be true and accurate. We will treat it confidentially and not forward it to any third party. We have a strict anti-fraud policy and take responsible steps to protect personal information such as credit card details.

Electronic Communication

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and by fax. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing. The Daulat Hotel accepts no liability for any virus or any other type of electronic infection that may be transferred through the site. Under no circumstance will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user’s reliance on information obtained through this site.
