- Guests are entitled to free cancellation of their reservation within 2x24 hours (48 hours) from the time of booking.
- Cancellation must be made in writing to stay@biliqbali.com. Cancellation is deemed confirmed if and only if our staff has acknowledged the request.
- Refund will be made in payment methods that will be agreed upon between the hotel and guests.
2. No Refund After Free Cancellation Window:
- Once the free cancellation window has passed, any cancellation made will not be eligible for a refund.
3. No Show Policy:
- In the event of a no show, where the guest fails to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered as cancelled.
- No refund will be provided for the no show, and the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
Please note: The cancellation policy stated above applies to direct bookings through our website (via Cloudbeds). Different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings or reservations made through third-party websites or travel agents. It is recommended that guests review the specific cancellation terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for such cases.

8. Force Majeure:
a. The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services or fulfilling reservations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
9. Third Party Rights:
a. No person who is not a party to the guest policy shall have any rights under or in connection with it.
