There is noproblem of arriving before check in time. You can relax, leave the car andbelongings, even use the lodge kitchen and bathroom. However, the privateapartment or room will be ready at 2pm.During the check-inprocess, our Hostwill provide you with any information which may be required during your staysuch as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sightsyou may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our Host for anything that would make your staymore enjoyable and convenient.
An apartment key isprovided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. Thecost of any keys needing replacement will be taken from the deposit.
· Cancelation Policy
Please carefully read ourcancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our Hosts are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
· If the guest cancels more than 8 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
· If the guest cancels 7 or less days in advance, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
· In case of a“no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable
Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if:
· More guests stayin the property than agreed
· Excessivenoise is made in the evening hours or at night
· Sub-lettingthe property you have rented (or giving it to other people). The number ofpeople residing in the apartment should be the same as confirmed in thebooking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested
A XXX charge for each additional guest per night will be charged. We reservethe right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed numberof people stay overnight in the apartment
· Pets areallowed only when notice in advance and an extra fee is charge. Any damage tothe facilities or commodities will be charge from deposit or credit card.
· All ourguests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and tonot make any excessive noise between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00
· CuatroVientos is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things at the apart-Lodgepremises.
Duringyour stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture should be treated withcare and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of anydamages or breakages in the apartment.Any costs will bededucted from the deposit or credit card.
Room refreshes will beoffered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please contact theHost.
One child under 2 yearsold stays free of charge. No cots/cribs are available.
