Check-In / Check-Out Policies

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned if hotel is not notified that the guest will be arriving later than their specified check-in date. Security Deposit
At check-in, all guests are required to provide a security deposit to cover any incidental charges during their stay. A $100 security deposit will be taken as a hold on the guest's credit card. The security deposit will be released upon check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages to the room. Credit card holds released by the hotel may take up to 5 business days to be released to the guest's account. In some cases, such as for international travelers, the hold may take up to 20 days to be released due to processing times.

Smoking Policy
I agree to NOT smoke inside the building or my assigned room, or allow my guests to smoke inside the building or assigned room. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vapes, or any other type of smoking product as well as use of illegal drugs. I understand that violating this policy will result in fines of up to $700. I understand that if I am suspected of smoking anywhere inside the building, the Police Department will be called to investigate our room. If the authorities are called to investigate any allegations related to the foregoing, in entering into this agreement with LuxUrban Hotels, I consent to the appropriate authorities inspecting the property I have rented to determine whether any illegal conduct has occurred, and/or to ensure the safety of the guests.
Damage Policy
In consideration of LuxUrban Hotels permitting me and my guests' access to the property I have rented, I agree to the following:
I shall be responsible to the property for any damage caused to the property, allocated rooms, furnishings, or amenities by any act, default, or neglect of the aforementioned guest(s) or visitors and shall pay LuxUrban Hotels on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
I agree to release from liability and hold harmless LuxUrban Hotels, its managing agent, owner, and any of their employees, from any and all liability for losses and/or damages to personal property.
If there is an insurance claim arising from any damage and/or loss that occurs, I agree to name LuxUrban Hotels as an additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis.
Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
