ATYPICAP CAPSULE HOSTEL is the first capsule
establishment in the Canary Islands. Our brand is devoted to offering a
distinctive accommodation approach, which gives our guests a unique and fun
experience while rendering all the comforts and connectivity provided by our
Capsules Nest. As a fresh and innovative alternative, we are aware of the need
to satisfy the growing demands of today's tourism, with the hope of
contributing to the modernization and quality of tourism in Tenerife.
Our hostel is a modern, multifunctional, and
eco-sustainable space designed to create a sense of community. It offers spaces
where our guests can connect, socialize, relax, work, eat and drink, and where
life happens and is shared.
Alongside our accommodation, we offer 24-hour
reception, a printer for guests, a leisure area, a kitchen, shared bathrooms
for individual use on each floor (WC, shower with partition, and washbasin),
and a Chill-Out Terrace with bar service.
We are located in a unique enclave within the
historical center of Puerto de la Cruz. This is where culture, leisure, and the
very essence of our beautiful city and its people work hand-in-hand to offer
our guests a warm welcome.
Our capsules are comfortable, spacious, and
intelligently designed for your total comfort and privacy, with electronic
door-opening and closing with card and a very comfortable visco-elastic
mattress. The Nordic sacks are designed exclusively for our hostel, adhering to
parameters of eco-sustainability and comfort, which also leads to greater
energy savings.
The Capsules are equipped with the latest
technology and connectivity: USB connections and Bluetooth, air ventilation,
26-inch screen with headphone connection where you can download the multimedia
content on your device (mobile, tablet or laptop), high-speed Internet access,
a 15x12x12 cm safe box integrated inside the capsule, adjustable led lights for
reading, luminous alarm clock, vanity mirror, digital thermometer,
international power outlet, cloth hangers, smoke detector, and "do not
disturb" option.

2. Howcan I book on the website?The reservation of our services by the user ismade by following the reservation procedure described in this section. Bybooking our services, you accept that communications with HOSTEL HUB POINT S.L.are mainly by electronic means.To proceed to make a reservation on our website,simply follow these steps:
1. To make a reservation, the first step would beto select the date, number of capsules,number of people, and insert the coupon/ discount code, if any.2. Once the search result is displayed, select thedesired accommodation.3. The next step is to fill up a form with thepersonal data of the user who makes the reservation, including credit carddetails.4. To conclude the reservation with HOSTEL HUBPOINT S.L., you have to accept the reservation conditions, the legal notice,the privacy policy, and the cookies policy.5. The reservation is complete the moment the userreceives a confirmation that outlines in detail the services that the user hasreserved. This reservation confirmation is to be handed upon arrival at thehostel.HOSTEL HUB POINT S.L. will contact you by emailor SMS, requesting an arrival time to your accommodation. HOSTEL HUB POINT S.L.will try to fulfill as much as possible special requests of the clients,subject to availability and possibilities.
3. Priceof the servicesThe prices indicated at all times next to ourservices includes taxes and fees. In the event of a typographical error in anyof the prices shown, and the user has made a purchase decision based on thaterror, we will inform him/her about this immediately. The user will have theright to cancel his/her reservation without any cost on his/her part.
4.PaymentsDuring the process of booking, in order toconfirm the reservation, the user must provide his/her credit card details,which serves as a guarantee of the reservation. HOSTEL HUB POINT S.L. reserves the right topre-authorize any operation whose payment method is by credit card, physical orvirtual, in person or not, up to the total amount of the reservation. Except inthe case of Non-Refundable, of which the full amount will be charged upon receiptof payment details.All reservations will be confirmed as soon asthe data provided in the reservation process is verified through the systemdescribed in the previous paragraph. In the case of Non-Refundablereservations, the client will have no right for a refund.
5.CancellationThe client will be able to cancel his/herreservation in accordance with the contracted rate and the restrictions of therespective sales channel in which Atypicap Capsule Hostel is offered.
6.TravelInsuranceWe recommend that you take up a good travelinsurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as medical visits, lossof luggage, etc.
7.Passportsand VisasAll users, without exception (includingchildren), must carry their personal and family documentation, either passportor ID card, according to the laws of the country or countries visited. Allusers are responsible for obtaining their visas, passports, vaccinationcertificates, etc. If the granting of visa is rejected by any Authority due tousers' personal reasons, or their entry into the country is denied because theylack the requisites required, or due to issue with the documentation requiredby default, or not being the bearer of document, etc., the accommodationprovider accept no responsibility for events of such nature or any expensesincurred by the consumer due to these events. In these circumstances, theconditions and rules laid down for the voluntary withdrawal of services shallapply. All users, and in particular non-EU users, are reminded that they mustensure, before starting their journey, that they have complied with all therules and requirements applicable to visas to be able to enter all thecountries they are going to visit without any problems. Minors under 18 yearsof age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, inanticipation of a request from any authority.
