- No-show is subject to full payment of the total billing.
- Rebooking will only apply if rebooking is made 3 days before the arrival date with a fee of 15% of the total accommodation, within the same year of travel date.
- Holiday Bookings such as Christmas, New Year, Holy Week and Long Weekends is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
- NO-show and cancellation of bookings due to force majeure, such as typhoon, calamity, rebooking is allowed with a fee of 15% of the total accomodation, within the same year of travel date subject to rate difference/seasonality/block-out dates.
- Shortening of stay: no refund.
