Terms and Conditions
Arrival
Check-in at Llanerch Vineyard is between 3pm and 10pm. Please contact us in advance if a late check-in is required.
Early check in is subject to availability on the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance. It is the guest’s responsibility to advise us of an arrival outside the check-in time frame.
Check-out on the day of departure is 11am.
Breakfast
If breakfast is included in your room rate this will be stated in your confirmation. If breakfast is not included breakfast can be added for an additional charge on check in.
Breakfast is served between 7am and 9:30am midweek and 8am – 10am on the weekends and Bank holiday Monday’s.
Dining
Our restaurant is open every day. We strongly recommend that a reservation is placed for lunch and dinner especially during busy periods and in particular at the weekends. Car Parking
Car parking is on a first come first served basis. We have ample car parking and this should not be a concern. Parking is at your own risk.
Dogs
Llanerch Hotel has 2 rooms that accommodate dogs, these are subject to availability and must be booked in advance, there is an additional charge per dog per night and up-to a maximum of 2 dogs per room. Dogs are not allowed in rooms that are not stated as Dog Friendly. If you have booked a dog friendly room, we recommend that you contact us in advance to discuss all options.
