Bleu Lagoon:
The Bleu Lagoon House is a private, air-conditioned loft-style house that can accommodate up to 10 people and it offers the perfect combination of seclusion and luxury. The enclosed pool area, outdoor shower, and Jacuzzi provide guests with the ultimate in privacy and relaxation, while the sleek and modern interior is sure to impress. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a small group looking to enjoy some time together, the Bleu Lagoon House is the perfect choice.
The house features an enclosed pool area that provides guests with the ultimate luxury of privacy while they swim and soak up the sun. The pool area also includes a Jacuzzi, which is perfect for those looking to unwind and relax after a long day. The outdoor shower adds a touch of tropical luxury, allowing guests to shower and cool off in the warm sun.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Please carefully read our cancellation and rebooking policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
- If the guest cancels or rebook more than 14 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels or rebook less than 14 days in advance, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are not refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: bleumansion@gmail.com or call/ text us at 09763476904 / 09558571655.
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed once a 50% downpayment is confirmed within 24 hours. The resort has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.Check-in / Check-out / Business Hours
- Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Seize the day, friend!
- The balance of the full apartment rental amount is payable on arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room/apartment has been received and approved. A house key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. The cost of any keys needing replacement will be taken from the deposit. During the check-in process, our receptionists will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as FAQs, pool safety guidelines, sights you may like to see, house rules, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.
Smoking Policy and other Terms and Conditions
In our entire short-stay apartments and rooms SMOKING IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. A violation fee of P5000 shall be charged.Please Note: Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if:
- More guests stay in the property than agreed
- Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night
- Sub-letting the property you have rented (or giving it to other people). The number of people residing in the house should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested
A P250 charge for each additional guest per night will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the house. - Bleu Mansion only allows small pets in the apartments.
- The Bleu Mansion Resort is located in the middle of a forest so please respect mother nature. All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and to not make any excessive noise between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00. This rule is applied as per the Philippine law so any late and loud partying is not, unfortunately, permitted
- The Bleu Mansion is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things at the premises.
The Bleu Mansion Resort can then take any necessary action to resolve any issues and make sure all the equipment and facilities are working and provided as expected. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, in cash preferably, along with a balance and is fully refunded at the check-out if the apartment is in good order and the company does not have any claims. The costs of damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible usage of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit, and the refunded amount will be the remainder of the damage deposit. Please remember entire house is fully non-smoking! At the check-in time, you will be asked to sign a document that you agree to a P5000 fine if traces of smoking are found in the apartment.
Proper Swimming Pool Use
- Kindly observe proper attire for the pool. We highly discourage wearing of maong pants when using the pool.
- Strictly shower before using the pool.
- Do not wash muddy feet in the pool for everyone's safety and enjoyment.
- Kindly dry pat yourself with a towel before going inside the house to avoid damaging the furnitures and slippery floors.
- Please do not bring any breakable items within the pool area.
- Bringing of food inside the pool is prohibited.
- Strictly NO DIVING.
- NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. Children below 14 years old must be supervised by their parents or legal guardian. The management shall not be liable for any accidents.
