Property and Cancelation Policies :
Please understand, we are small business and cancelations really impact our business negatively. That being said, we understand sometimes plans need to change, so we do our best to accommodate our guests.
A non-refundable charge of the first night's stay will be applied when the reservation is taken. The remaining balance will be fully refundable with advanced notice greater than 24 hours.
In case of a “no-show”, or less than 24hour notice, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
To cancel a reservation, please call us at 1-567-694-6835. Cancellations received after 3pm the day prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
Terms and Conditions


RESERVATION POLICY

Guests must be 21 years old and present to book a room. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
The standard booking price includes the following: All taxes, Utilities (water, gas and electricity), Internet and Cable TV usage, Towels, bed linen and hairdryer usage, Cleaning before and after your stay, All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.
Room rates are subject to change and include mandated local and state taxes. Reservations should be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. or prepaid debit cards. 
Reservations are for a room type (not a specific room), Each room type includes similar rooms of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different.
Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment as specified during the booking process. A non-refundable charge of the first night's stay will be applied when the reservation is taken.
We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from Service@CasualLivingHotels.Com
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for guarantee of arrival. When booking please keep maximum occupancy in mind. 
One child under 2 years old stays free of charge, please ask for children’s cots/cribs. If you are booking with an infant a pack-and-play is available upon request, subject to availability.
After booking, if you wish to extend your stay, please contact hotel management for reservation changes. Depending on availability changes in length of stay may be refused.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Upon check-in, a charge will be made on your credit card, or debit card for the amount of the room and tax for the first week’s stay. Additional charges will be made weekly for extended stays.

You can check-in any time from 3PM by local time. Room keys will be available for you upon arrival.
A room key is provided at check-in time after the room charge amount has been settled, and returned upon check-out
Causal Living Extended Stay Hotels is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items left behind after checkout.
Guests may check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Late check-out may be requested, but approval is dependent on room availability and housekeeping schedules, so pre-approval is required. 

NON-SMOKING POLICY
Casual Living Extended Stay is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smokingmethods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 room cleaning fee.

PET POLICY

While we love animals our building is not suitable for pets. There are absolutely no pets or animals of any kind allowed on premises. 

GUEST MAIL POLICY
Guest mail should not be delivered to the hotel. For extended stays, the Algonquin Post Office will provide a P.O. box for mail delivery. Post office charges are not included in your room rate.

USE OF KITCHEN POLICY
Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners on or unattended. If possible, please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients that may linger or offend other guests.
Kitchens must be cleaned immediately after usage.  No food, utensils, or cooking ware shall be left in the kitchen when not in use. 
Cooking is permitted in designated areas only. For the safety of our guests there shall be no cooking in guest rooms. 

PARKING POLICY
Bottom line is that our parking situation is difficult.  Guests are provided one free parking space in the main lot for his or her car only.  If a guest does not bring a car during his or her stay, no parking space will be provided. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed and the owner of said car is responsible for any fees accrued by car’s removal from Casual Living Extended Stay Hotel property.  Provided parking spots fit two cars per lane, Hotel Management is not responsible for parking lot disputes between tenants, but reserves the right to tow any car not parked properly.

MINIMUM AGE POLICY
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations at Casual Living. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

CLEANING AND DAMAGE POLICY
A cleaning fee will be added after booking: Single or Double Rooms: $35, Full Apartment:$49.
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please contact hotel management. You are expected to keep your room reasonably clean during your stay. Guests will be charged for the cost of excessive cleaning if required.
The Guest is financially responsible for any damage to rooms or common areas. This includes losses caused by Guest or a third party negligent actions and behavior. The Guest is responsible for any damages that is over and above normal wear and tear. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email and the credit card on file will be charged for the repair or replacement cost.

GUEST SAFETY POLICY
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. Anyone creating an unsafe condition will be asked to leave, without refund. This includes, but not limited to smoking in rooms, or using candles or other sources of open flame, or tampering with smoke and CO2 detectors.

COVID-19 POLICY
Guests who have been exposed to COVID-19, displayed COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat) should find lodging elsewhere. For the safety of long-term guests and employees, Casual Living Extended Stay Hotels is not offering respite rooms at this time. Should you fall ill during your stay, please notify staff so we can block your room for hazard cleaning upon your departure and connect you to any medical resources you may need. Guests are responsible for taking Covid precautions and for their own safety.

TERMINATION
In the event that the Guest violates any of the foregoing policies, Casual Living Extended Stay Hotel Management, may at their option, AT ONCE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, terminate all agreements signed or implied. Upon termination the Guest shall at once surrender possession of said premises to Hotel Management. If any clause, phrase, provision, or portion of this Agreement or application thereof to any person or circumstances shall be invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, such event shall not accept, impair or render invalid or unenforceable the remainder of this Agreement nor any other clause, phrase, provision, or portion hereof, nor shall it affect the application of any clause, phrase, provision or portion hereof to other persons or circumstances.
