- 48 Hour cancellation policy is set for 3PM.
- In Case of a cancellation within the cancellation period or a no show you will be charged the 1st night of your stay.
- Please note that if we attempt manual card entry which is either declined or shows insufficient funds, will result in your reservation being canceled and the site being released for other guests.

- Our sites are designed for vehicles with one side slide-out, approximately 10 ft. wide. While we can accommodate larger vehicles,we may request that you limit the extension of your slide-out to ensure a comfortable fit within our narrow spaces.
- Site length given on the website does not include any tow-behind vehicles.
- Free wireless Internet access throughout the campground.
- Sani Dump: Free to registered guests. Fee for non-registered use.
- Potable WaterFill up available.
- Sorry, for the comfort of all of our guests, no generator use allowed in the park at any time.

- Quiet Time11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
- Pets are welcome at the park, however they must be leashed within the confines of the park, picked up after, and quiet. Pets must not be tied and left unattended at R.V's at any time.
- Owners of pets that continue to bark will be asked to leave the campground.
- Vehicle Washing: None on site please. There are 2 pressure washing facilities located approximately 5 kilometres.
- Showers TOKENS and Clothes Washers TOKENS are sold in the office (Last load 6:30pm)
- Please note that if you are not present at the property prior to our office closing for the night, and we attempt manual card entry which is either declined or shows insufficient funds, you must provide an alternative payment method immediately. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being canceled and the site being released for other guests.
- NO FIRES PERMITTED IN ANY FORM WITHIN DAWSON CITY LIMITS FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER
