Cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION:
To receive a full refund, all cancellations will be made within the first 48 hours after receiving your confirmation, and only on reservations with a minimum of 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations made after 48 hours and 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will receive a 50% refund of the reservation payment.
There will be no refund on reservations canceled after the 48 hour period, and less than 7 days before arrival.

CONFIRMATION.
To confirm a reservation, guests will complete payment in full.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). EXCHANGE RATE For your convenience, all rates are confirmed in Dollars (USD). Payments made at reception will be converted and charged in Mexican pesos. The currency exchange rate fluctuates daily. Avela Boutique Hotel cannot guarantee a specific exchange rate. The daily exchange rate will be available at reception.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $ 150 refundable security deposit to be collected at check-in.
PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT
1. Withholding of the amount on your credit card of your choice. The retention is attached to your credit card, at the time of departure the amount withheld is released. For this payment method a valid credit card is required, signed and previously approved in the name of the registered guest. It is the guest's responsibility to understand how the bank processes pre-authorizations and credit / debit card charges. Some banks retain authorizations for up to 30 business days. 2. Cash deposit Either $ 150 dollars (USD) or the equivalent in pesos, subject to the exchange rate of that moment, which will be returned at the time of your departure.
TAXES.
All reservations are subject to paying any and all types of federal and local taxes required by our government agencies.
MINORS.
Avela Boutique Hotel is an exclusive space for adults.
The minimum age required to stay at Avela Boutique Hotel is 13 years old as long as you are accompanied by an adult.
In order to book, all guests must be over 18 years of age.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANYONE WHO HAS A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AND PRESENTS TO THE HOTEL WITH A CHILD UNDER 13 YEARS OLD. THERE ARE NO EXEPTIONS.
PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
SPECIAL REQUEST.
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, such as a specific room number, adjoining rooms.
All special requests will have to be indicated in the reservation and every effort will be made to satisfy it.
Please note that the availability of these services cannot be guaranteed in advance.
ACCESSIBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS
We have an access ramp and wheelchair accessible restrooms.
It is required to confirm that we have availability in these rooms before making your reservation. Access to these special units is NOT guaranteed if availability is not confirmed before booking.

We have parking service in the building, spaces are subject to availability.
EVENTS
Events are only allowed under management approval and when the hotel has been rented in its entirety for that purpose.
ACCESS TO THE ROOM BY THE EMPLOYEES OF AVELA BOUTIQUE HOTEL
To provide our guests with an exceptional sense of cleanliness and tranquility, we allow ourselves the right of access to rooms to clean, maintain, check the condition of furniture and appliances, and ensure the quality of our rooms. Management reserves the right to access rooms with a "Do Not Disturb" sign in the event of an emergency, suspicious behavior, damaged inventory, or violation of internal hotel regulations.
HOURS OF SILENCE
In order to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for all our guests, please note that we have established our quiet hours between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
ALCOHOL POLICY
For your safety and out of respect for all our guests, irresponsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in common areas such as lobby, jacuzzi, hallways, etc. If the staff and guests detect an intoxicated guest in these areas, Avela Boutique Hotel reserves the right to report said guest to the corresponding authorities to be removed from our facilities.
100% SMOKE FREE SPACE
A designated smoking area is provided outside the main entrance and away from the building.
Smoking tobacco, recreational or prescription marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, hookah, incense, or cigars are not allowed inside the rooms. It is also strictly forbidden to light candles, the use or diffusion of aromatic oils or other essential oils of vegetable origin with strong odor or synthetic products in our facilities. COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOMS.
DISEASES AND EPIDEMIC
AVELA BOUTIQUE HOTEL reserves the right to accommodate a guest who arrives with an illness.
During epidemics, we have the right to use precautionary measures at our discretion or as required by the authorities.
