The beautiful Pioneer chapel is perfect for weddings, receptions, baby blessings, devotionals, musical performances, or any other special event. The chapel is about 3,000 square feet and the price includes 12 round tables and chairs. Inside is a little stage, a movable podium, an upright grand piano, and an antique pump organ. When renting the chapel, you'll also have access to two bathrooms for your guests, a bedroom for any dressing needs, a lounge with seating, and the spacious kitchen.
When renting the entire building, you will also have access to the oversized gym as well as 15 bedrooms for your guests to stay overnight. There are 5 bathrooms total. This is the perfect fit for family reunions, youth conferences and any other get together where lots of room and sports is a must.

These are the terms and conditions you will be asked to agree to:
(1) $150 fee for smoking on any part of our premises. No smoking allowed within the fenced area or the building.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(2) $150 fee for pet in building. No pets are allowed in the building.
(3) If there are any missing or damaged linens, or damages to my room and/or the building at check-out, I agree to pay the assessed amount of money to The Gathering Place to compensate for damages.
(4) I and all in my party agree to use The Gathering Place and it's property at my/our own risk. The Gathering Place, nor its owners, will not be held responsible for any injuries to persons, nor lost or stolen possessions.
(5) Please initial if photos from my event at The Gathering Place may be used by The Gathering Place for advertisement purposes.
