Property and Cancelation Policies :
Guaranteed reservations at Bramblebank Cottages must be cancelled by 11 am the day you cancellation period is over to avoid cancellation penalties. With the exception of the Magnolia House, the other accommodations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, Magnolia House must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. If less than the required notice is received, you will be charged in full.
For group bookings of two units or more we require two weeks notice, although if Magnolia House is part of the booking or if three or more accommodations are booked, four weeks is required. In the unlikely event that you shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for your entire stay. If less than the required notice is received, you will be charged for any nights we are unable to re-book.
As a small, family-run business, our cancellation policy needs to be more restrictive than a hotel. We recommend you consider travel insurance.

Age Requirement
To reserve an accommodation at Bramblebank Cottages, there must be at least one adult, 21 years of age or older, present during your stay.
Extra Guests
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. When making your reservations, please advise the exact number of adults and children who will be staying. An additional charge of $25 per night per person will apply to each extra guest. The Magnolia House rate is based on 8 guests; a $55 charge for each additional guest will apply. There is no extra charge for infants or toddlers under the age of 2 years old.
Parking
There is one complimentary, on-site parking space per accommodation with the exception of Magnolia House, which has 2 parking spaces. Parking passes are required. Additional vehicles, large trucks, and oversized vehicles may find free street-side parking on Lillooet Ave or Maple St.
Payment Policies
The payment for your reservation will be processed when the cancellation period is over for your reservation. A valid bank-issued credit card is required to secure your reservation. The same credit and government-issued photo identification is required for check-in. E-transfers are also accepted and is due when cancellation period is over. E-transfers can be sent to info@bramblebankcottages,com.
As the registered guest, you are responsible for informing your guests of all the pertinent House Rules. If there are any damages to the accommodations and/or any public area of the property caused by you or your guests, you will be responsible for any damages. The fees associated with any damages include, but are not limited to, the replacement costs for damaged items, linens, towels, breakage of private property, and/or additional cleaning costs required as a result of the damage.
As the registered guest, you are responsible for informing your guests of all the pertinent House Rules. If there are any damages to the accommodations and/or any public area of the property caused by you or your guests, you will be responsible for any damages. Pets
We have a strict no-pet policy. If there is evidence that a pet has been in the accommodation, a $200/night cleaning fee will be charged.
Smoking
Smoking, of cigarettes only, is permitted on your own private patio. Marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please use the ashtray provided. Out of respect for other guests, smoking is not permitted in the accommodations or common areas.
Taxes & Fees
Accommodations in Harrison Hot Springs are subject to MRDT (Municipal Regional and District Tax) of 3%, Provincial Hotel Tax of 8% and GST (Goods and Service Tax) of 5%, totalling 16%. There are no fees associated with your direct booking.

The safety, security and overall comfort of our guests is paramount. We want you to enjoy yourselves and celebrate while you are here but please be mindful of your neighbouring guests. Loud parties will not be permitted.- Our quiet time is 10pm-9am. Please be considerate of your neighbours and of any excessive music, TV volume, loud speaking or any other noise, as we provide a relaxing environment for all to enjoy.
- Only registered guests will be issued a lock pin code. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior consent.
- Accommodations have a maximum number of guests as specified for your specific suite or cottage, and as is designated in the details of your booking confirmation.
- On site amenities are for registered guests only.
