Shiralea Terms and Conditions!
-Check in: 2pm. Check out: 11am. Checking out after 11am may incur a late check out fee, if you are leaving the resort before 8am please checkout the night before!
-All guests require a valid passport to check into the resort, regardless of age.
-All outstanding charges to rooms/guests are to be paid before checkout
-All rooms require a 300THB key deposit on check in, which is fully refunded when the keys are returned on checkout.
-Guests are liable for all damages to hotel property caused by themselves during their stay. If damages have occurred we reserve the right to charge the cost of the damage to the guest's room bill.
-Guests are responsible for their own belongings! Shiralea takes no responsibility for items left behind in rooms or public areas. Shiralea has a lost and found but cannot guarantee personal items will be kept if left behind.
-Shiralea takes no responsibility for any personal injuries sustained while staying in the resort, guests accept all liability by signing this document.
-All sales at Shiralea include a 7% VAT tax.
